RETURNS AND CLAIMS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we will gladly exchange it or provide a refund, excluding freight and restocking fees (if applicable) within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for replacement products due to material defects should adequately describe the defect and must be submitted in writing to our Customer Service Department , who will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and provide appropriate shipping documents for your return of the defective product. Replacement products will be shipped within three (3) days after receipt of the return and confirmation of the defect. Shipping costs for replacement products and the return of defective products in at the sole expense of PRO- TECH Design & Mfg., Inc. Products returned for any reason other than product defect is subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee. Requests to return product must be submitted in writing to our Customer Service Department who will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) so you may effect the return. Make sure to send your item freight pre-paid and to use the original packaging to ensure the product arrives in good condition. All returns must be in “like new” condition. Shipping costs for returns other than product defect are the sole responsibility of the party returning the merchandise. BILLING NOTICE: Your Credit Card Statement will reflect “PRO-TECH Design & Mfg., Inc.” for all purchases you make on this website. |
